At Epcon Communities and Clarity Construction, quality isn’t an upgrade — it’s our baseline. Here’s what makes us different. --- ## Our Standards Are Other Builders’ Upgrades One of the biggest things buyers notice? Features they expected to pay extra for are already included. While some builders start with a low base price and charge more for: - Upgraded cabinetry - Premium countertops - Quality flooring - Tile backsplashes - Enhanced trim details Many of those features are standard in our homes. We believe your home should feel elevated from day one — not like a base model waiting for upgrades. --- ## Built With Intention Epcon Communities designs homes specifically for active adults, meaning: - Main-level living - Open, functional layouts - Private courtyard outdoor spaces - Low-maintenance exteriors These aren’t generic floor plans — they’re purpose-built for how you actually live. --- ## Local Craftsmanship. Clear Process. Clarity Construction brings hands-on quality control and transparent communication to every build in Central Iowa. Buyers consistently say they appreciate: - Clear timelines - Organized construction - Personalization without overwhelm - Attention to detail The difference isn’t just what you see — it’s how the process feels. --- ## Quality That Holds Value We focus on durability, smart design, and finishes that stand the test of time — especially important for homeowners who want long-term comfort and low maintenance. When you compare 55+ builders in Des Moines the difference becomes clear. What others call upgrades… we call standard. And that’s how we’re raising the bar in homebuilding.
